My refund was sent on 3/13 and there is no money in my bank? Now what??? Will it take a few days....

This is a crazy system I NEVER GET AN ANSWER

If the www.irs.gov/refunds website said your refund would be deposited on the 13th, then they ask that you allow 5 days for the refund to be deposited before contacting your bank. This is due to some banks processing the refunds differently. I would also suggest checking your tax return on the form 1040 under the refund section just to make sure your bank deposit information is correct. Additionally, if you selected to use your refund to pay for any TurboTax fees, the refund would be sent to Santa Barbara Tax Products Group who would take any fees you owe TurboTax, then send your refund to your bank.
