If your registration for the Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card was successful, then you should expect to receive the card via USPS mail within 5-10 business days.
After 10 business days have passed and you have not received the card, you may click here to report it lost/stolen or contact the Customer Care department toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
