I just mostly am getting frustrated and am wondering if I just need to keep trying to contact them or to call the IRS or Turbotax. This is the only year I have been experiencing this issue every other year it just came on the date.
I am having the same issue. TPG's website show they got refund and sent it to bank (Credit Karma) but refund has not posted. Tried to call TPG but can't get thru there automated system since it just says they have no record of my SSN. Best guess is that either TPG is having issues or they are using the slow version of ACH transfer which can take 2 days plus the receiving bank can hold the money for a day before posting. The IRS won't be able to help since they have done their job and sent money correctly. In my case I hold Turbotax at fault since TPG is there chosen partner and own the receiving bank(Credit Karma). I have used Turbotax for years and never seen delays like this before but I did make the mistake of using CK instead of my normal bank (BOA) this year.
