My turbo tax bar is full an said I should receive it on the 19th today is the 21st an nkrhing in my account the irs where’s my refund dose not work for me

Same. I even tried calling the number provided, I speak to the robot lady & after entering all my information it just basically hangs up on me. I’ve been waiting almost 6 weeks now & have not a clue what else to do
