My refund check for 2020 is lost in mail

I'm hoping someone can advise me about a refund from 2020 that is lost in the mail.  I had to file an amendment to my 2020 taxes.  I sent in to AZ but neglected to attach a schedule.  So instead of zero refund AZ came back and said I owed $35.  I was given a deadline but I knew that they would not receive and process the refiled return with the schedule before the deadline to pay.  So since a small amount I paid knowing they would refund.  I honestly had forgotten about being owed the money.  I saw that I was getting a piece of mail from AZ Dept of Revenue through the USPS informed delivery.  I didn't know why they were mailing me so when the mail piece did not show I called them.  I forgot that they owed me but the woman said that nothing was wrong with either 2020 or '21.  She mentioned a refund but I said no I didn't owe.  She gave me a Ticket number for the call.  I now remember about the refund due me and it even said it was mailed on 2-21-22.  Now I can't get through so they could be on lookout if returned to them.  I want to avoid it going to Lost property and also I've reported mail piece to USPS but I didn't know it was a check and could have been stolen before I got it.  I thought maybe it was just put in the wrong box and would be return to ADOR.  So now what do I do? Wait until tax season over and I can get thru on the phone or work on USPS some more.  If nothing else I know they would want to know if mail from possible refunds is getting stolen?  Any ideas or ways to contact the ADOR through mail?  Mist are just chat links and it's not a tax question?  Any help would be appreciated besides that I need a better memory!!
