My Print Preview indicates Additional Medicare Tax Form 8959 and Net Investment Income tax Form 8960 are calculating, but the forms do not appear in the Print Preview.

In the Print Preview, are you requesting all Forms and Worksheets?   Or, you can also ask specifically for these forms in your print request. 

 

If you save your tax return to your computer as a PDF, with all forms and worksheets, are you able to see Forms 8959 and 8960 when you open the file?
