My payment didn’t go on turbo tax debit card it is showing an account with the last 4 of my social, what does this mean!?

Same here. I have tried every contact number for Turbo and they wont answer. Looks like we have been scammed out of our money. Turbo will have to answer for this eventually. Looking at next steps now.
