My owed tax should be $9100. Somehow it shows that I paid when I filed my extension. false. I need to pay it now. return was already sent and accepted. What do I do?

When you requested the extension you were supposed to pay your estimated tax due by April 15, 2025.  The extension did not give you extra time to pay--it only gave you extra time to prepare your Form 1040.  Did you somehow click that you had also paid?   You will have to correct that and pay when you file----expect a bill from the IRS because you will be subject to interest owed.   TurboTax will not calculate the interest you owe for paying late.

Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes

If you did not make a payment when you requested your extension then make sure that you edit whatever it shows for that "payment".

@nathan-r-moser Oh---Now I see that you already e-filed the return with an incorrect payment amount on it.  The IRS will figure out that you did not actually pay.   Pay them asap by mailing a check or money order with the 1040V or by going on the IRS payment site.
