My order xxxxxxxxx filed 01/18/2019 irs says they have no record. please help?

Did you efile?  Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?  You can check your efile status here     <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/</a>   

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Yes I did all that and I have a order number can I give that to you to track my status?

The order number is probably just for paying the fees.  That doesn't say that your return was finished filing.  Paying the fees does not file the return.  Did you go to the very end and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

Only you can look up the status.

So I  entered my ss number and zip and the irs says they have no record of me filing.  can you help?

After paying your fees i do not remember hitting big orange transmit returns now button. But i did print up all the tax return information. Where do i go from here?

Then you didn't finish filing.  Go back through the File tab and try Efiling again.  Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program?

For Online, Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.

i used the desktop version how do i get back to file TAB?

Just open you return in the Desktop program, go up to File-Open.  The click on Review and go through the screens.
