My Order Status been changed to Payment Completed which is excellent but still patiently waiting my refund ....

While tracking using IRS tool it shows that a date will be shown to which the refund would be made available ....but not yet gotten my refund ..i wonder why

To track your refund, please see the link here.  It may say payment complete on our end if it has been past 21 days from the time you filed.  

 

The IRS is also operating at mission-critical functions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which means there will be service delays with the following:

  • Live phone support
  • Processing tax returns filed on paper
  • Answering mail from taxpayers
  • Reviewing tax returns, even for returns filed electronically
