MY NJ paper file instructions indicate to enclose tax statements (Forms w-2, 1099s etc.) Do I need to enclose all 1009s to my NJ tax return?

when filing on paper, enclose the Copy for State of any tax document that shows NJ tax withheld.

That makes sense. I don’t have tax withhold in any 1099s, so no need to enclose them in the paper return?
