My Mother received a notice of deficiency, where can I request additional information?

My Mother received a Notice Of Deficiency(Feb 18, 2018) we send documentation to fix the issue(Feb 26, 2018),  last Tuesday (April 3, 2018)  we received a letter from the IRS but was thrown away by accident without knowing  that the letter said, where or how can I request the letter to be sent to us again? Already call the IRS and they were useless like always... Thank You.

Unfortuanalty, the IRS is the only place that can help you get a copy of the letter that was sent to you.  They are the only ones that know about the correspondence.  For help with IRS letters, please click the link below.  Please note that in order to get any assistance from support, they are going to need you to get a replacement copy of the letter that was erroneously thrown out.  The IRS contact options information is contained in the link below also.
