i mailed my 2017 and 2016 years income taxes. they sent a letter regarding healthcare so i know that they had received them. about three weeks ago i responded to the letter and mailed that in. my realitor cannot verify that i even sent them in. i dont understand why they sent a letter to him saying i havent filed when i have. can you help?
You should call the IRS to find out the status of your returns: 800-829-1040 (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time)

Other than allowing you to view and print your prior year returns. TurboTax cannot help your with this.

Ok ... if you just mailed in the 1095-A & 8962 for both returns recently then the IRS has not processed those returns yet so they will not show up on the IRS website yet ... all you can do is print the returns you sent from the downloaded program you must have used.
