My mail status shows that my mail has been delivered but Turbo Tax return status hasn't been changed. What should I do?

Did you mail your return?

"My mail status shows that my mail has been delivered."
Are you referring to some kind of US Postal Service tracking?

"TurboTax return status hasn't been changed."

Does TurboTax say "Ready to mail?"   TurboTax will not know if you actually mailed your return or not.  So even if you mailed it, and the IRS has received your return, TurboTax will still say "Ready to mail."

Thing is that I'm trying to return my taxes from foreign country. According to my country national Postal Service tracking my mail has been delivered.

Does TurboTax say "Ready to mail?"
Yes, that's exactly what TurboTax says.

I'm concerned about my IRS return status, because it says "You may not have entered your information correctly. Please verify your personal tax data and try again". That looks pretty weird, because I successfully completed my part on TurboTax.

So should I wait some more time or I need to do something?

For that return status you posted above, are you referring to the "Where's My Refund" tool at the following IRS website?
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.irs.gov/Refunds">http://www.irs.gov/Refunds</a>

If so, it takes up to 4 weeks for a mailed return to show up in the IRS tool, and that's when one is mailed inside the USA.    If coming from a foreign country, I would expect it to take even longer--4 weeks plus however long it takes to get to the USA.

If it doesn't show up in that IRS "Where's My Refund" tool after 4-5 weeks after mailing, you could phone the IRS International Taxpayer Service Call Center to inquire about it.

TurboTax will continue to say "Ready to mail" because it doesn't get any feedback from the IRS.

Thank you for you detailed answer.

Last question: according to tracking my mail was delivered March 8. Should I count 4-5 weeks since this date? I'm concerned that deadline can expire. Or if they received my mail March 8 I have been in a good shape already?

That IRS website says it can take 4 weeks after mailing to appear in that tool.  That's when mailed in the USA.  I would go by your delivery date, and it should be in the IRS tool approximately 4 weeks from that.

"I'm concerned that deadline can expire."
Are you referring to the April 18 due date?
Are you due a Federal refund?    If you are due a Federal refund, there is no penalty for a late return.  But in any case, your return will not be late if it was indeed received by the IRS on March 8.   You also have proof of mailing (I assume).  So you can prove when you postmarked it.  The IRS goes by the postmark date in deciding if a mailed return is timely filed.
