My ky state return status shows, accepted and authorized and gives a date of 3.28.18 but I still haven't received anything, so what does this mean?

Did you efile or file by mail?   What date did you file?

Filed online,  received by ky on the first of feb.  But then I got a letter saying I had to confirm my Id,  filing status then changed to accepted on Feb. 11Th.which was when I did the Id test.

When I check the ky. Gov website the message says " the direct deposit for your refund was authorized and issued on 3.28.18"

Was the refund going by direct deposit to a checking account at your bank or to a prepaid debit card?   Have you checked with the bank or card company to see if an attempted deposit was made and refused?  If the direct deposit was refused, it would go back to the KY state DOR, who would issue you a check by mail.

Here's how you can contact the Kentucky Dept. of Revenue so that they can troubleshoot with you:

It's supposed to be direct deposit onto a prepaid card that I also use to get my paychecks from my job.

Did you speak to the people at the KY Dept. of Revenue, and did they confirm that they sent it to your prepaid card?   If so, you'll need to speak to customer support at the prepaid card.

My state says a check will be mailed within 10 days but I had everything done as direct deposit. What does this mean
