First, make sure that it's doubled on

 your actual return (1040):

1.       Go to Tax Tools on the left-hand side.

2.       Go to Tools.

3.       Go to View Tax Summary.

4.       Click Preview my 1040 from the left-hand side.

Interest income is reported on line 2.

Second, if it's there, go into your interest income input screen, and make sure it's only in there once.  You may have to delete all the entries and re-enter the correct one:

1.  Click Federal on the left-hand side menu.

2.  Click Income across the top.

3.  Scroll down to Interest and Dividends and click Show more.

4.  Click Start or Revisit by Interest on 1099-INT.
