My husband and I filed our taxes jointly. When will I see this pop up on my end as I keep getting emails to file my taxes?

what popup.  If it's e-filed, then the e-mail account associated with the return will get a first e-mail saying submitted. then there's a second e-mail saying accepted or rejected. if it's accepted your done for this year UNLESS in processing the IRS finds issues. Rejected means it did not pass certain basic checks. These need to be corrected and the return resubmitted. The rejection would contain a message or code for the rejection. It can be posted here, and we'll try to help, but certain issues can not be corrected, requiring the return to be mailed.

to e-file a person has to go completely thru the return until they reach the page that says submit the return and then click on the link to do so. It would seem your return has not yet been e-filed

If you used your husband's TurboTax account to file your joint tax return, and you have your own separate account, TurboTax does not recognize that you filed under a different account. It does not make connections between accounts. So you will not see anything about your joint tax return in your account. All that TurboTax sees is that no return has been filed from your account.
