My husband and I are election judges in Illinois and we got w2's for the work we did in 2020. Everything is pretty much the same except it's for two people? How to fix?

Two w2's same employer

astoundingly, Turbotax is confused by your situation.

add $20 to one W-2

and subtract $20 from the other W-2.

Please clarify your situation - are you unable to enter both W-2s in your tax program?

If both your and your spouse received a W-2 for your work as election judges, then you should be able to enter each W-2 separately.

In the W-2 interview, you have to select the "Show employee info" drop-down to identify which of you received each W-2. This drop-down is right below "Box d: control number (optional)".

I did enter both W2's in separately.  One for myself and one for my husband. But since all the information is the same, even the amount that we were paid is exactly the same since we do the same job.  It keeps triggering that it is a duplicate W2. I have tried to submit it 3 times and every time it gets rejected for the same reason, duplicate W2's. I don't know what to do to rectify the situation so that we can submit both w2's.

I suspect that you are entering the W-2 for the same spouse.

At Federal / Wages & income / Job (W-2) and the screen Your W-2 info so far, make sure that you click on Add a W-2 for spouse 1 or Add a W-2 for spouse 2 before you enter the W-2.

No I'm not.  I am entering one for myself and one for my husband.  It is very clearly for each of us.
