My files were destroyed in a fire. Is there any way I can download the last three (3) years of my returns?

If you used desktop software that was installed on your own computer, then the only place those files were stored was on your own hard drive or any backup devices you used like a flash drive.  They are not stored online with TurboTax.  You can get free transcripts from the IRS, or actual copies of the returns for a fee.
