"Accepted" does not mean "approved."  If you have EIC or ACTC on your return you are waiting for the IRS to obey the PATH act.

From the IRS:

“The IRS reminds taxpayers that, by law, the IRS cannot issue refunds claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) before mid-February. While the IRS will process those returns when received, it cannot issue related refunds before mid-February. The IRS expects the earliest EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards starting on Feb. 27, 2018, if they chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with the tax return. “

I also was accepted on the 19th and have not received my refund. The IRS site says they are still processing but I don't know why. Simple 1040. Retired and on social security. No reason to dealy except that I still have my 21-year-old son living with me. ??

The IRS did not even begin processing returns until January 29.  TurboTax does not receive feedback from the IRS once your return has been accepted. You can call if you want to  800-829-1040
