My federal and state refund check haven't arrived yet? (I expected it to arrive to Perú)

My state and federal refund appear as aproved and sent by the IRS and department of Colorado, the time they told me to wait until my paper check arrives to me in Peru has ended and the paper checks haven't arrived yet, so what should I do now ?

If you have not received your refund, and you are confident the refunds have been sent, you can contact the IRS to pursue this further. https://www.irs.gov/help-resources/tools-faqs/faqs-for-individuals/frequently-asked-tax-questions-an...

That said, keep in mind it could take several weeks to arrive.
