My estimated time of federal accepted was 1/27/20 and estimated federal refund date is 2/17/20 and when i look on irs website and it said nothing

I am having the same problem and the IRS line is full and keeps hanging up on me. I thought maybe because yesterday was a holiday. Please let me know what you find out
