The estimated date that you're referring to is just that, an estimate. The actual length of time it takes you to get your refund is based on your individual tax situation, and is something TurboTax has no control over. You can check the status of your refund by using the information below. Please note that if you claimed either the earned income credit or the additional child tax credit, you will not see any information regarding your refund on the IRS tracker until 2/17 at the earliest.

And Once Again I will say it....IF that is the case why spend $70 using Turbo Tax to hope you get your refund quicker if it's Not....I WILL NOT USE TURBO TAX AGAIN !!!!
It doesn't matter which tax preparation service you use. None of them have any control over how fast your refund arrives.

"Whoboois"Lady... turbo also have free too lol ? Why are you so mad at the world? Blame irs not turbo tax if he claimed EIC or Child tax credit you wait untill after 2/15/18. Jesus waits too
And why am I mad you ask,for the Most Part because Turbo Tax does not Mention ONE time about the Earned Income credit will cause you not to get your refund until mid to late Feb...... because then they know they would lose half their customers...I will never use Turbo Tax again....Neither will Dossantos because he's going to be back in MEHICO
I used Jackson Hewitt for the past 10 years. This year I used Turbo Tax. I now know no matter who I used I would have to wait due to the child tax credit. I am glad I paid $40.00 for Turbo Tax to do it in 15 minutes as opposed to the 3 hours it takes for Jackson Hewitt to do it and then turn around and charge me $500.00 to do it. That alone is worth the wait. Thx Turbo Tax.
