My estimated refund date, according to Turbotax was 3/30. I checked the IRS site you provided and they're saying they have no information regarding my refund. Pls help.

I entered the correct info into the IRS website that Turbotax pointed me to but I was told "We cannot provide any information about your refund. "

Can you provide me with some information about what's going on? My state tax (which was owed) was deducted today. However, this federal refund I'm expecting seems to be "lost".

I would first verify that your federal tax return has been successfully efiled and is showing as accepted status by using the FAQ below. If it has been more than 21 days since your efiled return has been accepted, and you are still not able to bring up anything regarding the status of your refund, I would contact the IRS and see if they can access your account and provide you with any updates.

When you check your Federal refund, be sure that you are using just the Federal refund amount, and not your Federal and State amounts combined.

You can check on the status of your refunds by using the links at the website below:

Turbotax shows the date that the IRS accepted my filing and, yes, the amount I entered is for Federal only.  I checked the IRS tool again today and they still say they cannot provide me with a status. I checked the bank and there is no sign of any deposit.
