My entire return isn't downloading. Am missing page 2. >?>

I need page 2 for my son's fafsa.  Where do I get the entire form including that

To print ALL forms and worksheets involved with your return, please follow these steps:

*Sign back into your TurboTax online account
*Scroll down and click "Add a State"  (This is just a way to get you back into your tax return)
*Next select "Tax Tools" (left column) and then "Print Center"
*Select "Print, save, or preview this year's return"
*Check the boxes for your Federal and State returns (this will open further options)
*Choose to include the Government and TurboTax worksheets  
*Then click "View or Print Forms"

The new Form 1040 is only one page this year.  You will find the signature section right below the Dependent section of the return.  It is located in the middle of the page.
