My efiled 1040 was promptly accepted by the IRS on 02/03/25, the refund has not been approved after 5 weeks. What can I do?

My efiled 2024 Form1040 was promptly accepted by the IRS, bur the refund has not been approved after 5 weeks. What should I do?
