My direct deposit is on a Direct Express Card how do I put the information in the boxes without a routing in a checking account number from Direct Express

You should have an account set up with Direct Express where you log in.  From there, it should provide you a "routing number" and "account number" that you can enter in to allow your refund to go to that card. 

Your Direct Express card acts like a bank account and should receive deposits.
