My Covid 19 Relief Check is delayed because i filed my 2018 taxes using Turbotax. Are you aware and working on it with the IRS?

I'm not talking about a tax refund.

If you included your direct deposit information on your tax return and paid your fees with a credit or debit card, your stimulus payment is not being delayed. If you had the TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund, the IRS does not have your direct deposit information. They will send you a check unless TurboTax, H&R Block and all the other tax preparation firms can find a way for your direct deposit information to be transmitted to the IRS. Or the IRS may modify the online portal so you can enter it. Have you tried entering direct deposit information using the portal? https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment

Apparently, I'm screwed because I used TurboTax efile to pay my 2018 Taxes, and apparently, TT is not able or willing to help. The IRS doesn't have my real bank account info because of the way TT does efile electronic payments. FURTHER, there is no way to actually get my DD info to the IRS through the "Get My Payment" portal.  I dare anyone to try to do it and will gladly eat my words if you are successful.

I did not have direct deposit information on my tax return when I filed it in March. I was able to enter it using the IRS portal when it first opened on 4/15/20.  If you had direct deposit but paid your TurboTax fees using your federal refund then the IRS does not have your direct deposit information.  You would then be correct that there is no apparent way to enter your direct deposit information using the IRS portal. If the IRS does not have your direct deposit information, they will send you a paper check unless the IRS and companies such as TurboTax, H&R Block, and Jackson Hewitt who all use the same process to pay fees from a federal refund are able to work something out.

There's no way to add/change DD info in the portal UNLESS you are a "Non-filer". If you do try to add DD info using that particular route, they warn you not to do it bc it will further delay your receiving your stimulus check.

@souldr50  When if efiled my tax return in March it did not have direct deposit information on it because I owed taxes. I went on the IRS portal on 4/15/20 and entered direct deposit information. Unless something has changed in the last week, someone in my situation should still be able to enter it: Get My Payment | Internal Revenue Service
