My child (born as a US citizen in 2016) did not get a SSN until 2019. Can I amend past taxes to claim for 2016, 2017?

Yes, you can amend your 2016 and 2017 tax returns to add your dependent. Follow the directions in the TurboTax FAQ below to file your amended returns.
