My check was mailed out april 7th and Santa Barbara Bank has no idea about it like turbo tax said my money was in

Please contact us for further assistance.  When you reach an agent, please tell them you need to speak with the team that handles the Up To 5 Days Early check.  Once you are transferred, let them know that you would like to have a new check issued to you.
