No. The IRS can only deposit refunds electronically into accounts in your own name, your spouse's name or in a joint account. Your bank may reject a direct deposit if the name does not match. Your refund could hit your account anywhere from 1-5 days after it is sent by the Internal Revenue Service because banks vary in how and when they credit funds.
