My bank account was closed an i had got my first stimulus check there an when i got this years tax refund i got it throw turbo debit card an im try to figure out where its going to go

Your question is not clear. Please ask it again more clearly. Did you get both your stimulus payment and your tax refund or did you not get one of those? 

What i lm trying to say is that my first stimulus check went into my bank account now that my bank is closed where im i going to get my second one at

There is not a second stimulus payment.  Nothing has been passed by Congress nor signed into law by the President.
