My bank account was charged a nsf fee because I have not received my refund and turbo tax fees were deducted. How do I get reimbursed for this fee?

Sorry you had trouble with that.   If your Federal refund was delayed an unusually long time at the IRS, you should have gotten emails asking you to pay the TurboTax product fees.  And then if not paid, an email warning that the bank account was about to be debited. Check the email address you have on file in your account, and also check your email's spam/junk folders in case the notices ended up there.

In any case, there is an appeals process if your debit resulted in non-sufficient funds. You will need to call in to TurboTax Support and get an incident number, and they will advise you on how to get this resolved.   While you have them on the phone, also ask them to check the email address they sent the email notices to.

Support hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
