My account is telling me i can not delete a return if its been registered or paid for. none of which i have done. how do i delete my info. i dont believe anything was fil

You can "Clear & Start Over" and then not start over.

Sign into your account

Take me to my return

Click on "My Account" on the top of the screen

On the drop-down list click on "Clear and Start Over"

This will clear everything.
