My 6yo has Autism Spectrum Disorder and a developmental delay, both of which were diagnosed this last year. He's even on Medicaid. Do any of these auto-qualify for taxes?

Sorry  but no.   There are no credits or deductions for having a child with special needs or disabilities.  He is only 6 right now-----someday if you find that you still need to pay someone for childcare when you work if he is older than 12, saying that he is disabled will allow you to continue to get the childcare credit.

If there are any special things prescribed by a doctor to help your child you can enter them as medical expenses.
