My 21 taxes W2s from my employer were duplicates and I was charged twice for my taxes

In 2021 my employer sent a duplicate W-2 which will result when you paying my taxes twice how do I get it back and what do I do I follow an amendment but I filled it out wrong I didn't know that I would have to double the amount I made that year is that true

This is confusing.   We cannot see your information or your tax return from 2021----and now it is 2024.   What did you do with the duplicate W-2?    Where and when did you enter it?   When you filed your 2021 tax return did you e-file or did you file by mail?   Why do you think you paid twice?   And who was paid twice----the IRS or TurboTax?   Please explain.
