My 2020 tax return is still processing and I had no income on my 2019. Am I going to miss out on the new stimulus (3rd)?

No. Per the IRS, if you are eligible for the 2021 Economic Impact Payment and your return is still processing (and you did not file a 2019 return), you still have time. The IRS will continue to issue the 2021 Economic Impact Payments throughout 2021. Please check the Get My Payment  tool for updates on your payment status.

According to that I'm scheduled for the stimulus payment March 17th. Hopefully that means my tax return finally got approved. Thank You for the help.
