My 2019 tax refund is missing from the where’s my refund tool it had one bar and since the new year has disappeared vanished. I haven’t received any stimulus or refund

Can you guys please do something I pay you every single year for this ***** and I do it all my self wtf

The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund yet. If the IRS web tool is not working for you, then please call the IRS at 800-829-1040.

 

You can also check on your stimulus payments by using the Get My Payment tool.
