My 1040A mail in return has water marks ( do not file)on them when printed out, was told I have to wait until Feb 1 to print out this correct ? Keep checking for updates

The 1040A will not be available to print until January 26, 2017. You can check here for IRS Forms availability: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908854-irs-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-individual-personal-tax-products

This is the reason why you are currently seeing the “DO NOT FILE” when you are printing the 1040A form. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300737
