Disappointed that TurboTax does not understand the customer. Nice that the E-file sends the bank account number to Missouri DOR, but taxpayer expects to use the paper file copy both for proofreading (to verify correct data entry) and to also show which bank account is used for the money, which is intended to be deposited. Taxpayers may have several bank accounts. TurboTax is now an insufficient product when the bank account information is not printed as it has been in the past. I hope that this bug will be fixed very soon.
Are you mailing your return or did you file electronically?
If you filed electronically it will not print out the banking information as it is already sent to the state in the e-transmission.
I only have a small refund so I am mailing. Not worth the $20 to file electrinically.
We apologize that the software is not printing the account number. It would be best to manually write the routing and account number on the form prior to mailing the return.
