Mississippi tax refund not received yet. TAP says cannot find with my social and refund amount. All is correct.

Follow these steps:

1. Verify your state return is filed and your TurboTax account shows your state filed
2. You can call us at 1-800-446-8848
3. Ask them for the DCN* shown in EFE (electronic filing engine). 
4. You will have to prove your identity as this is private information.
5. Call the State of MS
6. give them the DCN for tracking.
