Medicare waiver payments

I care for disabled son under an autism waiver .i recieved a W2 with income and taxes in box 1 and 2 but box 12 is blank . How do I enter to make non taxable

After you enter your W-2 form, you will see an opportunity to indicate you had nontaxable Medicaid waiver payments on the screen that says Let's check for uncommon situations, check that box. Then work through the rest of that section to exclude your Medicaid waiver income from taxation:
