M-1 FORCING AN ENTRY

TT BUSINESS M-1 IS DEMANDING AN ENTRY FOR OUT-OF-STATE INTEREST - FOR WHICH THERE IS NONE. I CANNOT GET PAST IT. ADVICE PLEASE?
