Lost wallet and had the card from TurboTax there how anyway to receive a new card ?

How do I report my card lost or stolen?

If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, click here to report it lost/stolen. TT will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to you at the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

Calling is pointless. There going to tell you that you have to wait 10 business days which is way to long to go without having access to your funds. They offer no alternative. They can't transfer funds to a different account or western union you your funds. Hopefully you have cash because if not you're stuck for 10 days with no way to access your own money. I'm going on day 3 I have no money to buy food or pay any bills because I have to wait 10 days for a new card. Actually longer than 10 days because of the weekend. I'm on day 3 but it's only been 1 business day so I'll be without money for 13 days plus when my card finally does arrive. And they try to avoid answering the question of "what am I supposed to do till my card gets here?" Bad customer service

@rmsiggal sorry you had issues. The card is like cash so it does take time to cancel the card and reapply the monies and mail a new one. If you had lost a store gift card or a check made out to cash, it is the same issue.  I don't work for TT .  I honestly don't recommend anyone using this service unless absolutely neccesarry as it's just an extra process between you and the IRS, in the future have the money sent to your bank account directly.

Im on day 14 of business days and still dont have them!!They said my replacement was mailed over 8 business days ago on top of 14 to process if its not there today it will be 9 bussiness mail days!!And i called my mony is on there just needed a replacment card thats all

Whatever address you had the card sent to, that is the zip code that you need to use for the automated system. I thought my birthday was getting denied on the call, it was my zip code. Try that. 🙂

I was Waiting on my refund and I found out my refund was deposited I put in a claim for my refund and they will not give me my money back so pretty much I have to call the IRS to report her about her ex visa for fraud

I have to Report TurboTax pizza for free because they will not give me my money someone took my refine off of my card and I had no clue when I found out my refund was deposited I had nothing on my card but $.44

I reported my card lost in April 2019 within that time I moved from California to Texas I've never got my replacement and I still have some of my refund on the card I called customer service but they are asking me for the card number which I don't know all I want is my money

Please refer to the How to Report Your Card Lost Or Stolen section in the below link. Please make sure you update your address before reporting the card lost. If you have not already done so, please also file a mail forwarding order with the USPS.
