Calling is pointless. There going to tell you that you have to wait 10 business days which is way to long to go without having access to your funds. They offer no alternative. They can't transfer funds to a different account or western union you your funds. Hopefully you have cash because if not you're stuck for 10 days with no way to access your own money. I'm going on day 3 I have no money to buy food or pay any bills because I have to wait 10 days for a new card. Actually longer than 10 days because of the weekend. I'm on day 3 but it's only been 1 business day so I'll be without money for 13 days plus when my card finally does arrive. And they try to avoid answering the question of "what am I supposed to do till my card gets here?" Bad customer service

This is a terrible service. I had to call 4 time before the system recognized I was entering my correct birthday. I finally go through and it said it will take 7 days to receive my new card. Ridiculous!!!!

This company sucks I'll never go through them again I put an order in to get a new card around the beginning of April and they are telling me I wont get it until April 30th into may I have gone about two and a half weeks with out my funds and when you get a hold of someone they dont speak an ounce of English.  Stupid .

This must be a joke i lost my card tryed calling the 285 number put my social birthday and zip amd they leep telling me that its wrong....where is the actual customer support a real person that i can talk to so i can get this resolved? What number do i need to call or button? I spoke to a rep on turbotax.com and all 4 times they just keep giving me the same number when i ask who do i call to speak to an actully person it seems like they dont even know.....can someone help?
