Lets say I still need to file my 2016 taxes. Would there still be a way to access my it's deductible data that I had entered and not yet imported?

In order to file a 2016 tax return (only allowed on paper , mailing at the Post Office at this late date)....you would have to use the Desktop/download software that you buy and install on your home compute.

The desktop software allows you download ItsDeducible data contained in any ItsDeductible account   that you have the UserID and password for.
