Last stimulus check, it was sent to our checking account. Nothing has changed and we still haven't received it. There is no update on IRS website. Who can I contact?

I called the IRS phone number and there is no way to speak to a live person.

TurboTax did NOT receive your stimulus check.  TurboTax has NO control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it or tell you when you will receive it.  The IRS will use the same banking information for the 2nd stimulus that they used for the first one.  If that account (or card) is closed then the stimulus will go back to the IRS and they will mail you a check.

 

You may check the status of your payment at IRS.gov/GetMyPayment

I was just asking a question. I know TurboTax has no control over it. I was just checking to see if somebody has had the same experience.

I guess I will just keep trying to call the number. I just figured somebody would be more helpful and maybe lead me to the right person to talk to, but I guess not.  You didn't have to be so rude about it.
