After you have filed your taxes and received confirmation that they have been accepted by the IRS then if you click on My Account then click on Tax Timeline you will be able to expand the menu for 2016. There will then be a link that says something to the affect "Download Tax Transcript" and it will say PDF next to it for the PDF version and .TAX for the .tax version. Just click on the one for PDF and it will download to your computer.
