Just completed tax return and noticed that different numbers appear on the 8962 form and the 1095-a form?

That is absolutely INSANE!!  You are using the IRS as your quality control with your customers as guinea pigs.  Do you seriously expect to keep us with this attitude?

A couple of questions:

 

1. do you have just one 1095-A?

 

2. what are the boxes in which the numbers changed from the 1095-A and the 8962? That is what was the number on one form and what was the number in the same box on the other form?

 

There may be a good reason for it, but if I don't know which numbers you are referring to, I won't be able to say.

how do I make a correction on  form 8962  entered wrong family size and it won't let me correct it

You need to delete it and start over.
