Its telling me my card number is invalid. What do i do?

Exactly WHERE in the program interview?   

 

During the Federal error check...or State section ?

 

IF State review...WHICH State?

 

When it asks for my turbo tax card number that i recived. Tells me its at the post office but i recived it
